JUST IN: Jack Smith Caught Red-Handed

Jack Smith’s case against President Donald Trump regarding January 6 may not have progressed as it did without assistance from the Biden administration, as indicated by a recent letter from two Republican senators.

Smith, who previously served as a special counsel and prosecutor for the U.S. Justice Department, has consistently claimed that he approached Trump’s two federal trials without bias or partisan motives. However, this assertion is called into question by the revelation that he received support from President Joe Biden’s legal team, as noted by Senators Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) in their correspondence to FBI Director Kash Patel and U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Crabb requested.

Two days later, the FBI retrieved the government-issued phones belonging to Trump and Pence from Biden’s officials, even though Trump had not yet been identified as a target in the “Arctic Frost” investigation.

To fulfill our constitutional oversight duties and to ascertain who subsequently designated former President Trump as a criminal subject in this case, we reiterate our request for your offices to provide all DOJ and FBI records related to the Arctic Frost investigation, the lawmakers stated, requesting that all relevant documents be submitted by April 21st.
