As I watched, the sight of the dog endured in its plight was too much to bear. Instinctively, I reached into my bag and pulled out some food.

Although initially wary, the dog quickly devoured the meal with a hunger that spoke volumes of its struggle. The way its eyes lit up with gratitude was unforgettable.
