As winter settled over Curitiba, Brazil, the employees at Barreirinha bus terminal noticed the cold and lonely stray dogs living on the premises. Determined to protect them from freezing temperatures, the workers took it upon themselves to make cozy dog beds from old tires lined with blankets. They also opened the terminal doors so the dogs could find shelter from the harsh weather.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Their kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Local politician Fabiane Rosa captured photos of the dogs resting safely in their new beds and shared them on Facebook. The images quickly went viral, spreading a message of hope and compassion.
