‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Actress Dead ‘Unexpectedly’ at 45
Australian actress Rachael Carpani, known for her work on NCIS: Los Angeles, McLeod’s Daughters and other television dramas, has died at the age of 45, her family confirmed on Monday.
Carpani passed away in the early hours of Sunday, December 7, 2025, after a long battle with a chronic illness. Her parents, Tony and Gael Carpani, shared the news in a heartfelt Instagram statement posted by her sister Georgia, describing her death as “unexpected but peaceful.”
